Get To Know Your Spouse Really Well (Foreplay)

You need to become familiar with your spouse’s body and be comfortable with your spouse seeing all of you to make the best love possible. So, let’s begin this challenge by taking turns spending 15 minutes studying every inch of each other’s body while the spouse being studied wears a blindfold. If you don’t have a blindfold, lay a folded hand towel over your spouse’s eyes or use whatever is available. We recommend getting a blindfold for future use if you don’t have one.

Lock the bedroom door, turn the lights on (yes, on), get undressed, and let’s get day 1 started!

Husband’s Turn

Switch places with your wife in bed, and place the blindfold over her eyes. Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes.

For the wife: Now it’s your turn to lay in bed while your husband explores your body. Clear your mind, let go of any inhibitions and relax.

For the husband: Start exploring wherever you like. Take your time, get close to see well, and use your smartphone’s light if needed. Touch or stroke body parts and observe how they react. Move things around, lift and spread them, get in there, and check everything out. If you feel the need to lick or suck a part of her body, go ahead. Use all of your senses to get to know your wife sufficiently. Don’t stop exploring until the timer goes off.

Wasn’t that interesting, fun, and maybe a little terrifying? Now that your spouse has studied every inch of your body, there’s no need to hide anything. They’ve seen it all. Let’s move on to today’s sex position.

Sex Tip: Keep that blindfold handy! When one of your senses is removed, your other senses become amplified. Wear a blindfold while receiving oral or making love so you’re more present and can pay closer attention to what you’re feeling. Both spouses can use this tip, but women tend to get more from it.

Grinder Sex Position
