After nearly 40 years of married sex I have never come without help. A vibrator is always required. It’s a tool that brings my husband and I together. Without it, it’s possible we wouldn’t be married today as who wants a one sided sex life? Sure, as a woman there is pleasure in pleasing our man, but, mutual pleasure is stronger and more intimate. My husband was the one to encourage toys because he wanted me to experience what he did. I’m grateful he was patience and persistent and I’m grateful there are tools and this website to guide those newer in the joy of married sex to learn things far sooner than I did.

BTW. We are in our 60s and sex has never been hotter, more orgasmic, more frequent and fun! Kids are grown and the house becomes a playground!

I can see your concern. However, vibrators serve couples in different ways. While you can’t use it every time it is a great tool to have to possibly increase pleasure. For example, vibrator rings have really worked well for us since by wife has a lot of sexual abuse trauma and manual stimulation can unintentionally bring up those memories. While we are not dependent on them to have a good time, it’s a great tool for us to utilize to bring her to orgasm without the possibility of triggering traumatic thoughts.

We included sex toys as a way of changing up from the normal ways of having sex with our penis, vagina, mouth, breasts and hands. Your body will always naturally crave traditional penis in vagina sex. But to change things up occasionally… Wow! A vibrator or male sleeve, really makes your body feel extreme pleasure that may not have been possible without it! Especially for a woman that may have never actually had an orgasm from “sex”, and just has never said anything. Do her a favor and get a vibrator and let her try it out! She may do and say things that you have never thought you would hear! But in the end, she will always come back to want your body, thats just the way she is made.

If a couple starts using a vibrator, then it seems the real disadvantage would be that sex would not be as enjoyable without it, (e.g. when the opportunity arises in the car without planning ahead)?
I’d agree with the moral aspect, that it isn’t a problem, but would be afraid of becoming dependent on such aids.
